• I dispatch orders as soon as possible, and aim to do this within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been received I will contact you with a timescale for shipping. If I am away from the studio for longer than 1 week there will be a note on the webstore home page and the checkout page. A First Class / Priority service with full tracking will be used whenever possible. 

 

• Orders of larger unframed pieces, all work framed behind glass, and international orders, will be  professionally packed and dispatched by a specialist in the distribution of art and other fragile goods.

 

• For overseas customers, please be aware that as the buyer you will be responsible for paying any customs charges that are incurred when importing this item. 

All sales are final. In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible. Please inspect packaging upon delivery if possible. If the outer packaging appears damaged please take photographs of this before opening the box. 

This piece is sold unframed, and requires framing behind glass, in order to be displayed. Your framer will be able to advise on options, which might include using a mount, or ‘floated’.  

This item will be shipped flat. It will be carefully packed within foam board, plastic wrap, and recycled cardboard will form the protective outer shell.
